Resources for Giving Up Tobacco
Many people who use tobacco want to quit and it may take several tries to quit tobacco or vaping. The good news: FREE help is available to all Kansans through the Kansas Tobacco Quitline.
Support options include:
- Coaching over the phone or online
- Text messaging
- Email support
- Quit medication (nicotine patches, gum, or lozenges) to those that qualify
My Life, My Quit is a free, confidential resource available to Kansas teens (13-17) to help them quit smoking and vaping.
