Resources for Giving Up Tobacco

Many people who use tobacco want to quit and it may take several tries to quit tobacco or vaping. The good news: FREE help is available to all Kansans through the Kansas Tobacco Quitline.

Support options include:

  • Coaching over the phone or online
  • Text messaging
  • Email support
  • Quit medication (nicotine patches, gum, or lozenges) to those that qualify

My Life, My Quit is a free, confidential resource available to Kansas teens (13-17) to help them quit smoking and vaping.
